For this I created some boxes with a fillet put it into a cloner and shaped it with the UV-Deformer plugin around a cylinder object. After that I used a boole object to subtract the A from B for the profile of the tyre.

The rim was a simple cylinder modified in a hypernurbs object.

For the lightning and HDRI I used Greyscalegorilla.com Lightning and HDRI Kit.
